Where can I place an order?

You can place your orders online via telegram/instagram/whatsapp.

Do you make original products?

All our products are identical to the originals of Hermes and fully comply with the declared characteristics. If you have the originals, you can take them with you for comparison. Any checks are only welcome.

What do I get when I buy a bag?

Each bag comes with a complete original boutique set.

How does the order process work?

All orders are processed with 50% prepayment. A receipt for the transfer of funds is provided upon the customer's request.

What currency do you accept payment in?

We accept payment in cash in rubles, as well as in dollars and euros for our clients outside of Russia.

What is the production time for a bag?

The time it takes to sew a product depends on the complexity and workload of the production facility. Bags made of ordinary leather are made from 27-33 days, from exotic from 35-45 days. We remind you that this is not a machine stitch, but completely hand-made.

What is the delivery time for the bag?

Delivery time to Moscow is 10-12 days, in case of customs delays the period may be increased to 10 days. Delivery to other regions and countries is carried out by a transport company of your choice. In such cases, delivery times are discussed in advance.

Is there a warranty on the bags?

We provide a guarantee for all our products, in case of hidden defects we service the products free of charge, except for mechanical damage (i.e. defects due to your fault; in this case, the products are serviced for a fee)

When purchasing a product, delivery is possible on the day of order or next day (Mon-Sun from 10:00 to 23:00)

Courier delivery with fitting is available in Moscow

Self-pickup is possible

The office is open seven days a week, but by appointment. You can come any day and personally evaluate the quality of the samples presented in the office.
